Laura Cutress

Meet Laura - she responds to Laura, Dr Laura or simply, 'Number One'.

Laura set up Anchor & Dash because of her belief that everyone deserves an online presence which makes them feel proud. Her mission statement is simple: building business through creative, authentic and inspiring digital marketing.

How does she know when she’s killing it? Well, when a client reports back that her team of dedicated creatives have got their voice, strategy and branding on point, she does a little fistpump. And when marketing outcomes start getting measurable - client expansion, billable hours saved, actual bona-fide business growth - she physically jumps for joy!

She's wildly ambitious, terrifyingly organised and an indefatigable pompom waver. Growing Anchor & Dash from the bones up, assembling her #DreamTeam and getting a massive kick out of that fully-booked feeling means she’s ready to take your brand and run with it. All you need to do is bring her your goals.

Out of the office, you can find Laura renovating her Edwardian terrace, hitting the yoga mat or on photoshoots with her trusty Canon.

Sadie Finch

Sadie is our Wonderwoman Virtual Assistant. It’s down to her to make sure our organisation is dialled and the contracts are filed.

Her administrative expertise means that clients have a fully working contact system 24/7, a project management system and all documents are signed, sealed and delivered to deadline. Want to learn more about her organisational know-how? She runs her own gig over at

Laura Evans

Laura - yes, another one - is an uber-talented freelance graphic designer and hand-letterer and supports A&D with branding and logo work. She’s also the brains behind Nifty Fox Creative.

When not geeking out over perfectly-formed type or avoiding being eaten by sharks, you can find Laura walking in the Peaks, playing complicated boardgames or watching stand-up comedy.

Laura McDonagh

The final Laura to join the gang - and, as De La Soul said, three is definitely is the magic number. She’s a writer with a thing about copy with personality and a self-confessed grammar pedant. Laura assists clients with content creation via beautiful blogs and powerful press releases and reckons she can write about almost anything - go on, try her.

She loves Pulp, The West Wing and anything with peanut butter in it.
