Strategy, graphics, and digital marketing training materials University of York Charity Department to produce a comprehensive content and communications strategy, and training their staff to effectively deliver the strategy across all social media channels, including YouTube.
The Brief
CCMD approached the A&D team to assist them in distributing and disseminating their work to a wider, lay audience outside of their usual academic sphere.
The Service
Starting with a number of team-led ideas sessions, we assisted the CCMD team in producing a content strategy that suited their goals and academic affiliations. We then produced a series of creative illustrations, templates, and brand assets to complement the social media campaign. Finally, we were retained as ongoing consultants to assist with strategic direction and reporting as the team progressed the campaign.
The Result
The CCMD team took ownership of their social media channels with new-found confidence, and through brand coaching and strategic direction found new audiences outside of their usual academia. Their social media accounts continue to grow steadily, and their YouTube channel recently hit a milestone following.
